New Membership Platform: GymMaster
Pittsburgh Hardball Academy is excited to announce the launch of GymMaster, our new scheduling and program management system designed to streamline the way community members engage with our offerings. Whether you’re booking a private or small-group lesson, registering for a skills clinic, or signing up for team training, GymMaster will make the process faster, easier, and more accessible — all from your phone or computer.

This change reflects our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, accessible programming for student-athletes and their families. With GymMaster, you’ll be able to view upcoming sessions, manage bookings, receive updates, and stay connected with everything happening at Pittsburgh Hardball Academy. We’re confident this new system will enhance your experience and help us serve you more efficiently as we continue to grow.

Starting in August 2025, all athletes participating on our programming will be required to hold a GymMaster membership. The type of membership(s) and the costs associated will depend on financial need. Athletes will also be required to download the GymMaster app onto their personal cell phone, which they will use to check-in for practices, clinics, lessons, and open-cage sessions. Athletes that do not have a cell phone will have to check in with a coach.

*Applying for a "Scholarship" membership will prompt a review of a participant's financial need in order to determine the monthly fee, private & small-group lesson rates, and clinic discounts.
Registrants should expect to receive an email within 2 weeks outlining the specific membership costs and benefits that are being offered based on determined need. A response is requested within 2 weeks of receipt of that email, indicating whether or not you'd like to proceed with the membership terms offered or if you'd like to appeal the decision. Failure to respond will result in the athlete losing "Scholarship" status and defaulting to the basic Community Membership plan. Please note that completing all fields during registration and in the scholarship application will give your athlete the best chance of receiving a scholarship membership.
