Intermediate Hitting Group Clinic

Service Description

Designed for players with more than 3 years of fastpitch softball experience. We will work on proper hand/bat bath, lower-body explosiveness, staying balanced through the swing, and other mechanical points of the fastpitch swing. Emphasis will also be placed on timing and live hitting. Players showing improvement throughout the session may be invited to use the HitTrax system to measure exit velocity.
